Actual negotiations between the RLT and the Local don't start until next month, but both sides have agreed to start talking this week. On March 5 -pre-negotiation talks will begin.
I hope you will all keep everyone involved in these talks in your prayers. Pray that the LORD will give all involved wisdom and good will.
Remember, for our part as workers, we need to do a good job at every task. As union workers, we should be the best workers in our industry.
